Job Description :
1.  To Prepare Quotation for Spares/ Consumables despatch. 
2.        To accurately Validate and process Contract paper received.
3.        To monitor the payment terms and advance payment received for contract
4.        To coordinate with accounts for Payment reconciliation and process the paper in time.
5.        To coordinate with field staff regarding order processing.
6.        To prepare Monthly Invoice list and follow up Cheque Deposition Slip.
7.        To coordinate with field engineer regarding compliance issues if any.
8.        Fulfill field requirements in terms of Legal papers/ Certificates required for payment release
9.        To send the outstanding details to zones < 30 days cases
10.     To maintain updated records of invoices and cross check wrong Invoicing if any.
11.     To comply with the routine filing of papers.
12.     Periodic review of request forms.
13.     Follow up for Contract payments within 30 days cases.
14.     Coordinate with Engineer for any discrepancy found.
15.     Preparation of tender documents for Contract & spares.
16.     Follow-up for pending 'C' Forms *
