4.Responsible for Market Management.
5.Forecasting monthly/ annual sales targets, & executing them in a given time-frame
6. Analyzing growth of key chains vis-a-vis our share in the Product category turnover and thereby provide corrective action plan for growth.
7.Strategically aligning with Zonal teams and cascading the learning to the Zones & devising business growth accordingly.
8. Periodic Review with the key Accounts and Channels.
9.Create Account plans; build data base / Intelligence of Key Decision makers, end user.
