Today's Children are Tomorrow's Leaders

A strong believer of this adage, Erba has taken up the cause of children in need. In order to promote better education and overall development for the less privileged children, Erba has initiated the Students Development Program. As a part of this program, Erba has adopted Government run schools and regularly organizes various activities to promote overall growth of these children. 

Every day additional study classes are conducted by the employees of Erba for these children. In addition to classroom teachings, the students are tutored through different techniques such as group learning, vocational guidance training, study tours and role plays. Their progress is monitored from time to time. 

The Erba Group is also associated with ‘Each One Teach One’ - an ISO certified Charitable Developmental Foundation, in India.

The Joy of Giving

Happiness is only real when shared. The Erba team works towards spreading smiles and bringing joy in the lives of people. Through its close association with various charitable institutions, Erba frequently donates life-saving bio-medical analyzers to provide quality healthcare to the deserving. Besides this, donation drives are regularly conducted by the employees of Erba to collect essential items such as clothes, books, etc. which are then provided to the ones in need. Festive occasions are made special for the indigent children with grand celebrations and give-aways arranged by the team.

In an effort to encourage women empowerment, Erba liaises with the NGOs working for the cause of destitute women who struggle to make ends meet. An exhibit of the products made by these women is arranged and the proceeds raised through the sale of the products are used for their welfare. 

In addition, it works for the cause of Thalassemic patients through different fund raising activities.

A drop of blood - a gift of life

A hope to live is the most treasured gift you can give someone and the Erba family goes that extra mile to do just that! In association with various blood banks, the employees at Erba organize an annual blood donation camp. Garnering a huge response, the event is growing year on year with the employees showcasing the true Erba spirit! 

The blood collected through the drive, provides a new lease of life to deserving patients.

Clean-Green-Healthy

Erba is committed to providing preventive and diagnostic solutions to the people it serves. We believe it is our duty to our customers and employees to promote an accountable and sustainable corporate philosophy. We recognize our responsibility towards keeping our environment, clean, green and healthy. 

Utmost care is taken to ensure that at all our manufacturing and R&D sites, stringent protocols are followed to ensure that our processes do not cause any damage to the ecosystem. 

Time to time, the Erba team conducts various activities to sensitize the citizens towards their responsibility towards their surroundings. School children are encouraged to take part in cleanliness drives and rallies. On days such as the Global Handwash Day, students are educated on the importance of cleanliness and hygiene. In areas where the hygiene levels are compromised, the Erba team arranges to provide sanitary utilities to the citizens and spread awareness.
